Mark Volpe

Prior to joining Bullet EV Charging Solutions, Mark served as a senior HR executive for several large organizations where he oversaw HR and Payroll for thousands of employees located across multiple states. At PetersenDean, a leading residential solar installation company, Mark managed HR and Payroll for more than 2,500 employees located in 30 offices across eight states. Before PetersenDean, Mark was co-owner and President/Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of HR at Telpro Technologies, a telecommunications construction company with over 1,500 employees in eight states and revenues in excess of $275 million. In this role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Mark has also built HR and Payroll infrastructure for several high-growth startups, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. Mark received his B.S. in Economics & Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California and possesses a Senior Professional in Human Resources credential (SPHR).
