Shahin Haynes

Prior to joining the company, Shahin served as director of operations for ADT's Solar division, where he oversaw 11 locations across six states and managed projects from point of sale to utility approval. Under his leadership, annual revenue increased by over 400% through the implementation of innovative strategies. Before joining ADT, Shahin was the COO of Peak Power Solutions for 11 years, where he oversaw a team generating over $25 million in annual sales for residential and commercial solar installations, including rooftop, ground-mounted arrays, and carports. Shahin received his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
